Boise River Greenbelt

Boise River Greenbelt

Boise River Greenbelt

Imagine a path running along the Boise River under giant trees through the heart of the treasure Valley. With no cars or trucks in this area, wildlife and the peaceful nature of the River come to life.

Well you don’t need to imagine this anymore. The Treasure Valley has the Greenbelt!

The Boise River Greenbelt is a 25 mile walking and bike path. It follows the Boise River from Lucky Lake through downtown Boise and runs all the way to the town of Eagle.

Views include spectacular wildlife including eagles and otters. It borders Boise State University along with Coffee shops and restaurants along the way.

Electric bikes are permitted on the Greenbelt but nothing with a gas powered motor.

This is truly a respite from the hustle and bustle of city life and offers a safe and efficient access to downtown.
